Terms of Service

By using PicReviver ("the service"), you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and plain.

Ordering online

How you buy. You choose a pass (30 days or 24 hours) and press the buy button. You are sent to our payment provider Stripe, where you enter your e-mail address, choose a payment method, tick the box to accept these terms and ask us to start your pass, and press Pay. The contract is concluded when your payment succeeds; we then show your pass and e-mail you a confirmation.

Correcting mistakes. Before you press Pay, the Stripe page shows what you are buying and the total, and you can change your e-mail address or leave with the back arrow or your browser's back button. Nothing is charged until you press Pay.

Storage and access. We keep a record of your purchase (order reference, amount, date and time) in our payment and pass records, but we do not store the concluded contract as a separate document for you to retrieve. Your confirmation e-mail contains the order reference, the price, the key terms and the withdrawal information: please keep it. These terms stay available on this page, and you can ask us at hello@shinobitools.com if you need them again.

Language. The contract can be concluded in English.

The service

PicReviver lets you enhance, restore and convert photographs, free of charge. We offer it "as is" and may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time.

Your content and rights

• You keep all rights to the photos you upload. We claim no ownership.
• You must only upload photos you own or have permission to use.
• You are responsible for the content you upload and how you use the results.

Acceptable use

Don't use PicReviver to process illegal content, infringe anyone's rights, or abuse the service (for example, automated bulk hammering, attempts to overload or break it, or circumventing usage limits). We may block access that harms the service or other users.

AI style feature

The AI style feature (turning a photo into a cartoon, action figure or game character) uses the Stable Diffusion v1.5 model, which is provided under the CreativeML Open RAIL-M license. By using it you agree not to use the model or its output: in any way that violates applicable law or regulation; to exploit or harm minors; to generate or spread verifiably false information to harm others, or personal information that can be used to harm an individual; to defame, disparage or harass others; for fully automated decisions that adversely affect a person's legal rights; to discriminate against or harm individuals or groups, or to exploit the vulnerabilities of a specific group of people; to provide medical advice or interpret medical results; or for the administration of justice, law enforcement, immigration or asylum processes. The full list is in Attachment A of that license. You are responsible for the output you generate and how you use it.

Free and paid use

Restoring up to five photos at a time is free. Larger batches are covered by an optional pass: €5 for 30 days or €3 for 24 hours, a one-off purchase and not a subscription. The price is shown clearly before you pay, and refund conditions are set out in full on our Refund Policy.

No warranty

Results depend on your source photo and are not guaranteed. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You use it at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PicReviver is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or images, arising from your use of the service. Always keep your own copy of important photos.

Advertising

The service is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. See our Privacy Policy · Refund Policy for how advertising cookies work.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. The "last updated" date reflects the current version.
