How it works

Three steps, no fuss.

01

Drop a photo

It starts restoring the moment you add it — no button to hunt for.

02

The AI does its work

Lost detail is rebuilt and edges sharpened, tastefully — not over-cooked.

03

Size it & save

Slide from small to full resolution, download, and your photo is wiped.

Good to know

The questions people ask most.

Is it really free?

Yes. You can restore up to five photos at a time completely free — no account, no watermark, no trial. The site is kept running by the small ads you see around the tool. Very large batches will get an optional paid option later.

What happens to my photos?

They are processed and then deleted automatically. Your upload is removed the moment it has been enhanced, and the result is wiped within 45 minutes. Nothing is kept, shared, or used to train anything. See our Privacy Policy.

Which file types can I use?

Just about any photo: JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC/HEIF (straight from an iPhone), TIFF, BMP and GIF. If a file can't be read, the tool tells you clearly instead of failing silently.

How does the restoring work?

An AI image model rebuilds lost detail and sharpens edges, then you choose the output size — from a quick small copy up to full resolution — and download. Black & white converts a colour photo to a clean monochrome.

Will it work on very old or blurry scans?

Usually, yes — that's exactly what it's for. Extremely damaged or tiny images have limits, but most faded, soft or low-resolution photos come back with noticeably more clarity.
