You get the real result, not a blurry preview.Free means the full-size AI-styled photo — no watermark, no login.
Pick a style and the AI redraws your photo in seconds: a Pixar-style cartoon, a collectible action figure, or a fantasy game character. Your pose and likeness stay recognisable, only the style changes. Free, no sign-up.
PicReviver uses an image-generation model (Stable Diffusion) guided by your photo instead of a blank canvas. It keeps the composition, pose and lighting from your upload, then redraws the surface in the chosen style: cartoon shading and big eyes for the cartoon look, plastic and packaging cues for the action figure look, painterly fantasy detail for the game-character look.
Cartoon, action figure or game character.
Any format works, including HEIC. One or more people in the shot both work.
Your photo is wiped from the server right after.
This is not restoration — nothing is being "recovered", the AI is redrawing your photo in a new style. It keeps the pose, framing and rough likeness of everyone in the shot, because the generation starts from your actual photo rather than a text description. It does not keep exact details: fine text, logos, jewellery and background clutter usually get reinterpreted rather than copied. How closely your face carries over depends on how big it is in the photo — a head-and-shoulders shot holds up much better than a full-body one.
If a result looks too far from the original, try again — a second generation from the same photo often lands closer.
Cartoon suits a single clear portrait you want as a friendly, animated-movie-style avatar. Action figure works well on group photos and full-body shots — it reads as a toy product photo, packaging and all. Game character leans dramatic and painterly, closer to concept art than a snapshot, and suits photos where you want a fantasy or sci-fi feel rather than a cute one.
Upload it to PicReviver, pick a style (cartoon, action figure or game character), and the AI redraws it in that style automatically. Free, no account, no watermark.
On a photo where your face fills a decent part of the frame, yes — we tested this and tuned the tool for it: your skin tone, age and features carry over, and only the style changes. On a full-body or far-away shot there are simply fewer pixels of your face to work from, and the AI fills in more of its own — so crop in a bit if the first result feels like a stranger.
Yes. The action figure and game-character styles work well with more than one person in frame.
Your upload is deleted right after processing and the result within 45 minutes. Nothing is kept: see our Privacy Policy.
